Maintenance worksheets are typically due no later than March 31st of the year following your cycle end-date (every 5 years). A $50 fee will apply if worksheets are received after this date.
Please note, due to Covid-19, an extension to June 30th has been granted for the 2020 year due date only. Please only pay the fee if you are submitting past the extension of June 30th, 2020.
